Dear Colleagues and Friends,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 3rd Texas Pore Engineering Conference (TEXPEC2024) that will take place in Houston on October 19th and 20th, 2024.
After two very successful editions of this conference in College Station (2022) and Denton (2023), TEXPEC is returning in 2024 as a two-day in-person conference to be held in the largest city in Texas: Houston. This third TEXPEC meeting will feature invited and contributed oral and poster presentations on the diverse classes of porous materials, including zeolites, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), covalent organic frameworks (COFs), porous organic polymers (POPs), and porous molecular crystals (PMCs). Across this range of structures, we will explore the fascinating chemistry happening in their nanoconfined spaces and the applications of these materials in diverse fields including pollutant removal, carbon storage and utilization, catalysis, gas separations, membrane development, and medical applications.
We already have an exciting lineup of confirmed keynote speakers:
-
Craig Brown, National Institute of Standards and Technology
